Vicky Bennett died peacefully yesterday afternoon at home after a long struggle with cancer. She was 84. Vicky and Al were among the first residents of the Barque Hill area, moving to 75 Till Rock Lane in 1968 and raising their son Paul. Vicky was a gracious hostess to many of us who visited their home over the years. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren as well as generously entertaining children from the neighborhood when they came to her house. Our best wishes go to Al and Paul.
